FISHING Pine Mountain Lake is one of Minnesota's hidden treasures. The 1500 acre lake offers some of the best walleye fishing south of the Canadian border...and don't you dare tell a soul. There are also plenty of long-stemmed reed beds if you'd like to chase Northern Pike or Largemouth Bass. |

BOATING We offer easy access to the lake with our
own private paved boat ramp and generous docking for your boat.

SUMMER Summer in the northwoods of Minnesota holds the promise of warm sunny days to play in the lake, get a good tan, hit the bike trail, or just sit around under a tree and read a book. Cool clear nights bring out more stars than you ever thought possible. There are plenty of summer activities at BaySide including volleyball, horseshoes, children's playground and beach plus picnic tables, lawn chairs, firerings and Weber grills at each cabin. The Paul Bunyan Trail runs within 50 yards of BaySide. It is the premier biking trail in the state going from Brainerd to Hackensack, so bring your bike. |

WINTER BaySide is OPEN YEAR ROUND with heated, insulated cabins and Winter Activities to keep you warm. Winter holds its special treats for those who come north. The Paul Bunyan Trail is groomed for snowmobiles, as are hundreds of miles of other interconnected trails that wind through the woods and across the lakes, with plenty of available stops along the way. If you are into cross-country ski adventures you couldn't find a better place. Six ski trails are within an 18 mile radius. BaySide Cabins are well insulated and heated. Most comfortable for a winter's visit to the north woods of Minnesota. |
